BUT
I created my summer blog a bit back and decided to connect it to my main home page like I'd done with the other blog pages. So optimistically I went into the setting and started to fiddle. But I soon came to the conclusion that I have absolutely no memory of how I ever did that in the first place. I then shut the laptop and had a long think about why, even with being born into an age of technology, I seem to be illiterate in its mysterious ways.
I feel that since today I was going to be organised and do some blogging that I might as well be super organised and actually start to pack because I move back into Leeds in 3 days.
Also my mother has been nagging me for ages to go through the abundance of clothes I have and sort out some charity bags because I seem to only wear a select amount of T-shirts and the rest of my clothing just gathers dust in the wardrobe.
This is the first thing I found. It made me pleased. It is now my 'working hard' hat.
I had to try a lot of clothes on to see if they still fit me.
Pretty sure I nearly dislocated my shoulder trying to get some of the particularly tight clothes off again.
Amazingly I actually started my research project. So far I've picked Terry Pratchett for one of my three, mainly because I got this illustrated version of 'The last hero' at Thought Bubble last year as a present for my boyfriend. So I've temporarily repossessed it to start my research with. I also chose him because last year I read my first Pratchett book 'The long earth' and I loved it and devoured it in a matter of days.
This is my favourite illustrated double spread, I just love how pathetic all the dragons look.

My first page of research. admittedly I spent the most part of the time drawing the turtle before I even started the research, a last burst of procrastination before I began the real work.
I wrote embuggerment extra large because its such a fun word to say.
